Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
In short: your plans are yours. You can share them publicly or with other isirooma users if you choose. Paid plans are one-time payments per house that never renew by themselves. Please don't upload things you don't have the right to share.
1. Who we are
isirooma is run by isirooma ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms apply when you use isirooma: the planner, the public house pages and this website.
2. What isirooma does
isirooma helps you plan what to buy for a home: rooms, items and sets, prices from different stores, budgets and purchase rounds. You can plan together with other people, share a public page of your plan, and browse and copy plans that other users share.
isirooma is a planning tool. We don't sell the products you plan, we're not part of any purchase you make from a store, and prices and availability are up to each store.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Houses and members
A house is a shared plan. The person who creates it is its owner and decides who else can join. Members can see and change the house's plan. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for keeping invite links private.
5. Your content
- What you put in isirooma (rooms, items, notes, prices, links and photos) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service for you.
- Public pages. If you make a house public, anyone with the link can see its rooms, items, prices, store links and photos. Notes, members and what you've bought stay private.
- Public feed. If you also turn on "List my house in the public feed", your visible rooms appear in a list on inspirasi.isirooma.com that anyone can browse and search engines can find. Turning it off removes them from the list straight away; your page stays reachable by its link while the house is public.
- Creator profiles. If you make a creator profile public, anyone can see it on inspirasi.isirooma.com: the name, photo, city, description and links you give, and the public houses you're credited on and accepted, with your name on their pages. A house's owner decides who is credited on it; you can decline or remove a credit at any time. Use only a name and photo that are yours to use. If you label a house a concept, its photos may be renders; please label renders that way so visitors aren't misled. We may mark profiles as verified after checking who is behind them, and remove profiles that impersonate others.
- Inspiration. If you turn on "Show my house in Inspiration", other isirooma users can see your shared rooms and copy them, or single items, into their own houses, including store links and photos. You allow them to do this for their own planning. Turning it off stops new copies; copies already made stay with the people who made them.
- Only upload content you have the right to use. Product photos from stores and websites are often protected by copyright; use your own photos or ones you have permission for.
6. Things you must not do
- Break the law, or upload anything illegal, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use isirooma to send spam or harmful links, or to collect other people's data.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Store links and affiliate links
You can add any store link to an item, including your own affiliate links. If someone buys through your affiliate link, the commission is yours: we never add our own affiliate codes or change your links. You're responsible for following the rules of your affiliate programmes and the law on disclosing affiliate links. Public pages show a note that links may earn the owner a commission.
8. Paid plans
- Some features need a paid plan for a house. A paid plan is a one-time payment for the period shown at checkout (for example 6 or 12 months). It does not renew by itself; you can extend it whenever you like.
- The price is the one shown at checkout. Price changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
- Payments are handled by a payment provider (such as Xendit, Midtrans or Stripe), whose own terms also apply. We never see or store your card details.
- A paid plan belongs to the house it was bought for, not to a person, and can't be moved to another house. When it ends, the house goes back to the free plan; nothing is deleted.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
9. Changes to the service
We keep improving isirooma, so features and the limits of the free plan may change. We'll tell you before a change that takes away something you've paid for, and we won't shorten a paid period.
10. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep isirooma available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as a purchase decision or a missed sale. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using isirooma at any time and delete your account under your profile (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you time to save what you need.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly. If we can't agree, disputes go to the courts of Indonesia, without taking away the protection that consumer law in your own country gives you.
